Purpose of the Job: To provide administrative support to legal cost payment unit. Validate that the correct banking details are loaded on the system prior to requesting payment · Receive and record files where capital payment is to be requested after concluding the validation process
Junior Debtors and creditors clerk
Purpose of the Job: To provide leadership and direction to the Legal, Compliance and Regulation Department in line with the strategic objectives of the organisation as determined by the Board of the RAF. Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the department.
Personal Assistant / Administrative
Perform ad hoc requests and general administrative support to the Director, Associate Director and Senior Managers (X2)
Schedule and coordinate client meetings including organising venues and catering, drafting meeting agendas, taking and issuing minutes and maintaining attendance registers
 
Receptionist/ Customer Relations Agent
Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Manager: Tender Management, the successful candidate’s responsibility will be to deliver effective and efficient procurement of goods and services (new requirements; contracted and non-contracted). To ensure compliance to procurement policies, procedures and agreements in place. To manage the tendering process in a transparent, fair, honest and confidential manner ensuring that goods and services are procured in accordance with the policy and procedures of RAF.
Foreclosure Typist
Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Team Lead: Medical, the successful person will be responsible for reviewing medical bills. Line by line analysis of claim items/service. Matching those appropriate tariffs/ ICD/CPT codes. Ensure that accounts submitted to the Fund from service providers are valid in terms of RAF guidelines and the Road Accident Fund Act.
General Office Administrator
